Group Classes

60 minutes

 

In our small group class, I’ll guide you to a deep relaxation and restoration,  using core archetypal yoga poses combined with various forms of breathwork and guided Mindfulness meditation.  We’ll also incorporate functional bodyweight movements to improve our Balance, Core Strength, and bring greater ease of movement in daily life.

One-One Class

60 minutes

In our One-One class, we’ll focus on customized the movement practices and yoga asanas to your capacities and preferences, while still incorporating  core archetypal Yoga poses combined with various forms of breathwork and guided Mindfulness meditation to promote deep relaxation, healing, and restoration of your entire being.
