I’m a Health & Fitness Coach, and Yoga & Breathwork Guide

With over 40 years of Contemplative Practice (Zen, Vipassana, Christian Contemplation)  and more than 20 years of teaching Yoga in the private and Corporate Setting (American Express, Bank of America, Mirbeau Spa), my passion is combining Yoga with Breathwork and Meditation, in tandem with  Bodyweight stability/mobility practices - building programs customized to one’s individual goals.

My primary training and influence in Yoga practice has been with Ganga White and Tracy Rich of the White Lotus Foundation (Santa Barbara), as well as Paul Grilley's teachings.  Both styles fit my life and my athletic pursuits (primarily Basketball).

I've also had the good fortune to study and practice with a few wonderful Dharma teachers over the years, including Larry Rosenberg, Jack Kornfield, and Cynthia Bourgeault, as well as the influence  of teachers such as Adyashanti, Krishnamurti, and Diana Winston, to name a few.​

I'm also certified to teach Breath-Body-Mind from NYC psychiatrist Richard Brown, who pioneered the practice.
